The Story
Subcontractors hate doing admin work. I wanted to make expense and job tracking feel less like a chore and more like a game. I built Subby Empire to include XP, levels, and a 'Daily Wheel Spin' using AI to quickly iterate on the gamification mechanics and complex UI states.
